My goal as an artist is to communicate or record what my inner and outer eyes have seen.
I believe that a creative person should incorporate some aspect of their personal life in their work.
Rather than do redundant work and continue to repeat myself I choose to get intimate and go after my subject out of the studio into the streets ,hotels, airports, horse stables etc and do sketches and make some sense by taking notes on movement color and even weather conditions .
Then I apply myself making a full scale detailed painting or collage .
